Please note - when applying for tickets using the form, the PayPal mechanism used to pass on the information to us imposes a restriction on the number of characters in the personal information form you will complete to book your place.
To avoid PayPal getting upset, please try to minimise the amount of information provided. For Ball tickets, this might be when using the (optional) seating preferences and dietary requirements lines. If it would be difficult to condense this, please order the tickets and then provide such information separately using the Contact form.
When you check out, If you find that PayPal gives an error message (usually 'Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.') then unfortunately this indicates you have probably exceeded the limit on the number of characters in the form.
If this happens, press the Return to Merchant button, then View Cart, remove the ticket(s) purchased and then select Continue Shopping. You'll then need to return to the Events page and start again, noting the above advice. In addition, Branch members may omit the street name and city from the form, as we will be able to identify you from your email address. We will use the postal address from when you paid your recent membership fee.
